  6. IRCplus is an Internet Relay-Chat Server for the Windows platform. The software will allow IRC clients such as mIRC, Pirch, MS Chat, WebTV Chat and others, connect to your computer.

  8. Supported platforms are Microsoft Windows 95, 98, Me, NT4 (SP3 or above), 2000 and XP

  10. IRCplus 2000 is a complete re-write over previous versions. It provides better scalability, performance, compatibility and a rich experience.

  216. Note: Server Operators cannot be killed, server banned and kicked or demoted on channels unless a Server Operator with the same or higher level is performing this action.
